Our algorithm returns only the most relevant results, converting words into the SKUs in your product catalogue, according to the defined product categories and the customer’s past purchase history.

Continuously updated personalized promotions, on-sale products highlights organized by categories and loyalty programme vouchers that can be selected upon checkout.

INSTANT DELIVERY

In response to one of today’s biggest challenges in retail, MyGrocer App is ready to integrate with your delivery scheduling, to ensure that your customers can get items in 1 or 2 hours, if required.

IN-APP PAYMENT

The complete shopping process can be finished at the app by selecting one of the digital payment options available, with guaranteed security, for utmost convenience.

Delivery

On check out, two distinct options can be displayed, either in-store pickup or home/curbside delivery

For in-store pickup, a list of the nearest stores is displayed

For home/curbside delivery several addresses can be saved

Slots

Delivery slots are shown according to the customer’s address/pick-up store. Express and standard delivery slots can be setup and these are displayed according to their availability.

Express slots
Express slots are shown in a featured UI position. If there are no express slots available, only standard slots are shown.
Standard slots
Standard slots are displayed after express slots – if any. If there are no express slots, only standard slots will be displayed.
Unavailable slots
Unavailable slots aren’t listed; if customers choose a store with no available slots, they will be immediately notified.
